Branding That Sticks, One Name Tag at a Time
The name tag gave the podcast a visual device people already understood instantly. By changing the profession, color, and supporting graphics for each episode, the identity could stay consistent without feeling repetitive.
I paired the tag with a simple graphic system built around bold color, handwritten job titles, and flexible layouts that could adapt to different podcast platforms and social formats. The structure stayed the same; the personality changed with the person being interviewed.

Branding That Stands Strong on Every Platform
Bringing New Meaning to the Term ‘Job Interview’
Each episode introduced a new profession, which meant the system had to be easy to extend without redesigning the brand every time. New name tags, colors, and job titles could be dropped into the same visual framework while still feeling connected to the larger podcast identity.
That flexibility made the brand useful across episode covers, podcast platforms, social posts, and promotional graphics. Whether someone encountered one episode or ten, the system made it clear they were all part of the same show.
